We’re Steeple and Middle Aston Community Land Trust
The Steeple and Middle Aston Community Land Trust (SAMA CLT) is a new Community Benefit Society – a co-operative, non-profit organisation – we acquire and develop land and buildings in the two parishes for the benefit of the community, and protect community assets. Our five founding directors all live locally.
We want to bring land and buildings into the community for our primary purpose of providing housing for local people. The CLT’s role can also include the provision of workspaces, renewable energy projects, and other community resources for the benefit of local residents.
